These lovely wooden houses are only 400 m away from the ocean. There is a beautiful view from the properties.
Nearby you find the trail "Kongevegen" and the old cemetary at Varhaug. Possibilty of fishing in both lakes and ocean only 500 m away. The nearest beach is 7 km away. All of the above properties are a 10 minutes walk from the ocean, 2 small rivers with trout with fishing permit. One can rent bikes. It is also possible to book a sightseeing trip by car. The establishment takes part in the "Cyclist Welcome" program.
"Huset ved Havet" consists of the following:
Gurihuset" is a newly restaured house from Jæren (Jærhus) that sleeps 8 people. It is fully equipped and self-contained.
Eldhuset" - newly decorated, sleeps 2-3 people with 2 beds and a sleeping sofa. Fully equipped.
Loftet" has been raised recently (high standard). It measures 100m2 and has a 20m2 terrace. Fully equipped kitchen. Contains 2 double rooms.
In "Loftet" you also find two seperate double rooms: "Nøra kammers" and "Søra kammers" - 2 seperate double rooms with shared facilities. They can be reserved seperately from the main house.
